• Our store processes and ships orders on a Monday to Friday basis.
• Refused shipments and incorrect addressing are the responsibility of the customer and if additional re-shipping charges apply the latter will be held responsible.
• At present we are only ship items within the U.S.

Our aim is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your online purchase. In the unlikely event that your purchase is unsatisfactory, simply return it to us in its original condition (product must be unopened) within 30 days for a 100% refund.

• We will not reimburse any return shipping charges unless we have made an error in product fulfillment.
• Returns sent C.O.D. will be refused.
• You will not be charged any re-shipping fees when replacing defective/damaged goods.
• For your own protection, you may wish to send your return back to us by insured parcel post or courier if these services are available in your area. We are not liable for damaged item(s) returned to us or returns that are not received.
• All refunds if applicable will be applied to the credit card used for your original purchase. We will make every effort to process your return quickly and you will receive an e-mail notification on the status of your return.
